I have taught fitness and wellness in the Bay Area for over 35 years, and I still love it as much as when I started. I am certified by AFAA and belong to many professional organizations to stay current with the ever changing information. I am always growing and changing with my students to create the classes that work for them.
My Pilates Classes are designed for real people, with real bodies. Age and size does not matter. You always go at your own pace and do what is right for your body.
My clients demand an instructor who is passionate and educated, and an environment which is tolerant and welcoming. My clients want MORE, more energy, more strength, and more freedom of movement to do what they want to do, when they want to do it.
I also provide personal sessions for my clients who like a more one on one approach.
